Astle & Company, LC, was established in 1999, by Richard M. Astle, after years of commercial real estate experience in California and Utah. Mr. Astle developed residential and commercial developments in California before moving his family to Utah in 1990. Since then, Mr. Astle has developed two student housing projects, the University Condos at 595 N University Ave, Provo, UT, and the Omni Condominiums at 695 N 500 W, Provo, UT. Currently under construction is a mixed use project containing 14 residential condominiums with 3 office/retail units below. It is located at 160 E 800 S, Salt Lake City, UT. This project is in partnership with Corpus Development Group. Now partnered with Maxwell Real Estate Development, of Provo, Astle has two new projects under development and ready to construct. The first is The Huntington, a 62 unit townhome/condo project located at 170 W 200 S, in downtown Provo. The second is Huntington Downtown, a 42 unit townhome/condo project located at 520 S 500 E, Salt Lake City.
